Virtual Yoga for Scleroderma

Virtual Yoga Classes:

Join Chair Yoga Class virtually every Tuesday! Specially designed for individuals with scleroderma, in this soothing session, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle stretches and movements that can be comfortably performed while seated in a chair. Teressa, your experienced instructor & fellow scleroderma warrior, will help improve your flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance your overall well-being. Discover the benefits of yoga without leaving your chair. It’s the perfect way to stay active and relaxed.

Starting February 1st    
Easy Flow Yoga Thursdays 6:30 PM PDT
Join our Easy Flow Yoga Class, perfect for individuals of all levels, including those with scleroderma. Experience a unique blend of gentle movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques that promote overall well-being. Led by skilled instructor & scleroderma warrior, Teressa, this class is designed to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance your sense of inner calm. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this session is tailored to your needs.


Both classes will include meditation; breathing techniques; performing yoga postures. Each class will be between 45 minutes to an hour.


Led by Teressa Colosimo who is certified with 200 hr. Yoga and Movement Teacher Training. Teressa is also the SABC Community Support Representative for Valemount and Northern Rural Communities.
