Testimonials
Thank you Teressa for teaching these classes.
– Janet”
“I began practicing yoga with Teressa in October 2024, shortly after being diagnosed with Scleroderma. While I had done yoga over the years, I had to stop due to the intense pain in my wrists during regular classes.
Since joining Teressa’s classes, I’ve been able to experience the benefits of yoga once again. Her thoughtful and adaptive approach has not only made yoga accessible for me but has also brought back a sense of joy and healing in my practice.
Teressa’s guidance has been incredibly supportive—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable teacher who truly understands how to meet you where you are.
