Hand Pain, Exercises, and Management with Wendy Watson, Physiotherapy Educator, Vancouver Coastal Health
Join us for an informational webinar to learn specific strategies for managing sore hands, including joint protection, exercise, and pain management.
Our presenter, Wendy Watson Registered Physiotherapist with Vancouver Coastal Health. She has over 25 years of experience in a variety of settings, including private practice and injury prevention, but has spent the majority of her career working for the OsteoArthritis Service Integration System (OASIS) program. Wendy provides group education about arthritis management, and has led several quality improvement, education and training projects. She is interested in health education and literacy, and health promotion strategies for clients with arthritis. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, pilates and travel.
People with Scleroderma, family members, supporters, and caregivers are ALL welcome to attend!
