Join us for an informational webinar where you will gain an understanding of how Scleroderma can impact mental health, how to address common mental health concerns, how tomaintain a focus on well-being, and where additional resources can be accessed.

Our presenter, Dr. Danielle Rice, isa Clinical and Health Psychologist in the Mood Disorders Program at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton and she is an Assistant Professor at McMaster University in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences. Her research and clinical work involve developing and delivering interventions for people living with scleroderma and their loved ones.

Dental Care, Scleroderma, and a Bit of Black Magic

Join us for an informational webinar on how scleroderma can impact dental care and how can dentists and people with scleroderma work to improve oral health care.

Our presenter, Dr. Leslie Laing, is a clinical associate in the Dept. of Prosthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto and holds a joint Prosthodontist and Dry Mouth Specialist position at Toronto Public Health Dental and Oral Care Clinics. Dr. Laing also has private practices in Toronto, Mississauga, and Brockville devoted to implant and Prosthodontic dentistry. Dr. Laing continues to conduct research projects on various aspects of Sjögren’s Disease and other causes of dry mouth. Dr. Laing is the current President of the Sjögren’s Society of Canada.
